Planificación Estratégica
District 87 is beginning its Strategic Planning process to develop a 5-year strategic plan. The foundation of CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT rests upon the pillars of mission, vision, values, goals, and strategies. Strategic planning is so important to the district and its communities as it is critical that we regularly set a clear direction for the future.
Members of the Strategic Planning team will bring forth their ideas about moving the district to an even higher level of performance and examine ideas from stakeholders not on the team to give them a voice and input into the process. We are beginning strategic planning with conversations around three essential questions that will be addressed in a retreat series:
1. Where are we now as a District?
2. Where do we want to be as a District?
3. How do we get to where we want to be as a District?

El Distrito 87 está comenzando el proceso de Planificación Estratégico para desarrollar un plan estratégico de 5 años. La base de la MEJORA CONTINUA descansa sobre los pilares de misión, visión, valores, metas y estrategias. La planificación estratégica es muy importante para el distrito y comunidades. Es fundamental establecer regularmente una dirección clara para el futuro.
Los miembros del equipo de Planificación Estratégica presentarán sus ideas sobre cómo llevar al distrito a un nivel de desempeño aún más alto y examinarán las ideas de las partes interesadas que no están en el equipo para darles voz y aportes al proceso. Estamos comenzando la planificación estratégica con conversaciones en torno a tres preguntas esenciales que se abordarán en una serie de retiros:
1. ¿Dónde estamos ahora como Distrito?
2. ¿Dónde queremos estar como Distrito?
3. ¿Cómo llegamos a donde queremos estar como Distrito?
